Today while trying to purchase every item inside the Penguin Style catalog for January 2011 and I came across the backgrounds. For some reason, it wouldn’t let me purchase the Ice Fishing background:
When clicked the following message would pop up:

Club Penguin really need to test for any bugs instead of just releasing items.
I’ve tried this on numerous penguins but still, the same result! Does this work for you? It would be much appreciated if you left us a comment.
